Dance movement therapy can be recommended, if:


  • you have emotional problems, unresolved conflicts or excessive stress
  • you want to improve the communication skills and to promote self-exploration and self-understanding
  • you are experiencing intense feelings, but it is too difficult to talk about them
  • you are dissatisfied with your body image; your personal difficulties manifest in your body (difficulty to relax, body aches, etc.)
  • you have anxiety with regard to physical contact, intimacy and trust
  • you have lost your self-confidence, a sense of inner strength due to injury or emotional suffering
  • you are in a difficult period of life: loss, crisis, change
  • you feel "stuck" due to some problems, or you have a sense that something isn't right with your life
  • you find it difficult to use a verbal communication
